Gram Malmö – Sweden's first packaging-free store

Gram Malmö is Sweden's first packaging-free store. They strive for Zero Waste and were born out of the necessity to reduce the amount of waste. Here, you can bring your own bag or container and buy as much, or as little, as you need. The store sells, among other things, groceries, cleaning products, and cosmetics by weight. Over 90 percent of the assortment is organically grown, and they, just like us at Rapsodine, are careful to choose suppliers who work sustainably throughout the entire product chain. Since January 2020, Rapsodine has been sold as the first Swedish cosmetic product for refill in Gram's store in Malmö.

There was a strong demand among our customers to be able to buy liquid shampoo, conditioner, and soap packaging-free in our store. But it wasn't easy to find a partner who could deliver organic and locally produced quality products in large reusable containers. Fortunately, we found Rapsodine who could meet all our requirements. Rapsodine's products have now become bestsellers in our store, and we are very grateful for our fantastic collaboration, says Chiao Huang, store manager at Gram Malmö.

We at Rapsodine are, of course, both proud and happy that Malmö Gram has chosen to include our products in their carefully selected assortment. Together, we can seriously take up the fight to achieve Zero Waste. Since we deliver our products in large containers that they send back to us for refilling when empty, we create no waste at any stage.

Gram Malmö has inspired us to take our sustainability work to the next level. For several years now, we have also been selling Rapsodine for refill in our own factory store in Mariestad. Many of our retailers around the country are also doing this. So that you can sustainably refill your specific Rapsodine needs, no matter where you live in our elongated country.
