Return and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy applies when you shop from T.H Meyer AB/Rapsodine

1) Right of withdrawal 

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

For a return to be approved, the following applies:

  • the product is unused and in unchanged condition

  • the product is returned in its original packaging

  • you can provide a receipt/order confirmation or other proof of purchase

Exceptions:
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened and where the seal/plomb has been broken, if the item can then no longer be sold in its original condition. Any exceptions are stated in accordance with applicable law.

2) How to make a return

  1. Contact us at kundtjanst@rapsodine.se  and state:

    • order number

    • which products you want to return

    • reason for return (optional but appreciated)

  2. You will receive instructions for return and any return shipping label.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is well packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.

3) Return shipping and costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Original shipping costs are normally not refunded if they relate to selected shipping/delivery (e.g. home delivery), except where required by law.

We recommend that you send the return with a trackable shipment. You are responsible for the return until it has reached us.

4) Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you via e-mail.

If the return is approved, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g. card, invoice, direct payment). Refunds are normally made within 2 days of us receiving and approving the return.

Please note that it may take a few extra banking days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the bank/payment provider.

5) Exchange

If you want to exchange for another product, we primarily offer return + new order.
We only exchange products free of charge if the item is defective or damaged (see point 6).

6) Complaint 

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as you discover the defect at kundtjanst@rapsodine.se

Please include:

  • order number

  • information about product name, size (e.g. 250 ml) and batch number (e.g. 5134-123)

  • description of the defect

  • picture/video showing the defect

If a complaint is approved, we primarily offer a replacement product without extra shipping costs. If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund. If a return of the complained product is needed, you will receive instructions from us.

7) Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee of SEK 99, which corresponds to the shipping and handling costs incurred when the shipment is returned.
