By visiting or shopping at www.rapsodine.se (the "website"), you agree to these terms and conditions. "We", "us" and "our" refer to T.H Meyer AB.

2) Agreement and order
When you complete a purchase at checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. The order confirmation means that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if, for example, the item is out of stock, due to technical errors, suspected fraud, or if incorrect information has been provided.
3) Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in SEK or EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified. At checkout, you will see the total price including VAT, any fees (e.g. shipping), and any discounts.
We reserve the right for:

typographical errors and incorrect price information
If an obviously incorrect price has been stated, we will contact you before the order is processed. You then have the right to cancel the purchase.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payment is handled via our payment service provider Shopify Payments & Klarna. For credit purchases, strong customer authentication/identification may be required according to applicable law and the provider's terms and conditions.
5) Delivery and shipping

6) Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you received the item, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (applies to consumer purchases).

7) Complaints and warranty
If the item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (or other applicable law). Contact us at kundtjanst@rapsodine.se and state your order number and a description of the fault. Please attach a picture/video.
Any warranties are stated on the respective product page or in the product information.
8) Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee of SEK 99 to cover shipping and handling costs.
9) Discounts, campaigns and gift cards
Discount codes are only valid according to the terms and conditions specified in connection with the campaign and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards (if applicable) are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.
10) Personal data and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11) Intellectual property rights
All content on the website (e.g. text, images, logos, graphics) belongs to T.H Meyer AB or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.
12) Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the website, to the extent permitted by law. We are also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), e.g. strike, war, fire, government decisions or disruptions at the carrier/payment provider.
13) Changes to the terms and conditions
We may update these terms and conditions as needed. The latest version is always published on the website and applies from the date of publication.
14) Dispute and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you reside.
In the event of a dispute, we primarily follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) if the matter can be examined there. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) if applicable.
