Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms

This shipping policy applies when you shop from T.H Meyer AB/Rapsodine

1) Shipping options and costs

We offer the following delivery options (selection may vary depending on delivery address):

  • Delivery to agent/pickup point: SEK 39
    Free shipping for orders over: SEK 300

  • Home delivery: SEK 99
    Free shipping for orders over: SEK 500

  • International shipping: from SEK 179
    Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by the recipient, unless otherwise stated.

2) Delivery times

We normally pack and ship orders within 1 business day(s) after the order is placed (applies to weekdays). Normal delivery time is thereafter:

  • Sweden: 1-2 business days

  • EU: 2-4 business days

  • Outside EU: 5-7 business days

During campaigns, launches, public holidays, and periods of high pressure, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will update you via email if your delivery is significantly delayed.

3) Delivery notification and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email (and sometimes SMS) with a tracking link, if tracking is available.

Carriers we may use include PostNord / DHL / Schenker / Early bird depending on delivery address and chosen shipping option.

4) Delivery address and responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information (e.g., wrong address/phone number), additional costs may arise. These may be charged to you.

5) Unclaimed packages

If you choose delivery to an agent and do not pick up the package before it is returned to us, we may charge a fee of [fee] to cover shipping and handling costs.

6) Damaged package or missing delivery

If your package is damaged upon delivery, or if something is missing from the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at kundtjanst@rapsodine.se and provide:

  • order number

  • what is missing/damaged

  • preferably a picture of the damage (outer carton + contents)

We will help you file a complaint with the carrier if necessary and find a solution according to our terms and applicable law.

7) Partial deliveries

In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments (e.g., if products are shipped from different warehouses). You will be informed in such cases, and you will not be charged extra shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
